View your pay advice

You can view your pay advicesfrom March 2010 to the most recent pay day on Streamline.

Pay advices on Streamline are in Adobe PDF format. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer to view.

To view a pay advice:

  1. Click Pay advices on the home page.
  2. Click View next to the pay advice you would like to view.

You can also select a different Financial year or a different PAN (if you are a concurrent employee), and click Search to view more pay advices.

View your payment summaries

You can view your payment summaries from the 2011-12 financial year to the most recent financial year on Streamline.

Payment summaries on Streamline are in Adobe PDF format. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer.

To view a payment summary:

  1. Click Payment summaries on the home page.
  2. Click View next to the payment summary you would like to view.

Arrange to repay your loans and overpayments

Streamline enables you to arrange to repay your loans and overpayments without having to contact payroll or fill out a paper form.

You can choose to repay with a single lump sum payment or in fortnightly instalments. You can also select the repayment method most convenient to you:

  • deduction from your fortnightly pay
  • internet or phone banking (BPAY®)
  • MasterCard or Visa (BPOINT®)
  • cash/cheque at Australia Post outlets (Postbillpay®)


To arrange to repay your loan(s)/overpayment(s):

  1. Click Loans and overpayments on the Home page.
  2. Click Repay next to the loan/overpayment you would like to repay in the Pending repayment tab.

    Please note that overpayments scheduled for automated repayments cannot be repaid through Streamline. For more information, please contact your local payroll hub or the Statewide Hotline on 1800 239 074 (8 am-5 pm, Monday to Friday).
  3. Specify what and how you would like to repay:
    Select the loans and overpayments to repay by ticking the check boxes. You can select multiple loans and overpayments.
    Total amount owing of the selected loans and overpayments is displayed.
    Choose your repayment option:
    Repayment option Description
    Single Lump Sum Select this option to make a single full repayment.
    This is the only available option if the total amount to repay is less than $10.
    Fortnightly instalments Select this option to make multiple fortnightly repayments.

    Enter your fortnightly repayment amount if you have selected to repay by fortnightly instalments.

    It is expected that your fortnightly instalment amount adhere to section 11.2 Standard historic overpayments recovery repayment schedule on page 12 of the Overpayments Policy (QH-POL-184:2013). A payroll officer may contact you to discuss an alternative arrangement.
    Choose your repayment method:
    Repayment method Description
    Pay deduction Select this method to have your repayment(s) deducted from your fortnightly pay.
    This is the only available method if the total amount to repay is less than $10.
    When selected, your repayment plan will be initially set to Pending status until your pay deduction has been processed by payroll.
    Internet / Phone banking — BPAY Select this method to make repayments from your bank account.
    When selected, Streamline will provide you with a BPAY Biller Code and a BPAY Customer Reference Number.
    Use these details to make your repayments through internet or phone banking facility of your bank/financial institution.
    MasterCard / Visa — BPOINT Select this method to make repayments using a MasterCard or Visa through BPOINT—credit card payment service by Commonwealth Bank of Australia.
    When selected, Streamline will provide you with a BPOINT Biller Code and a BPOINT Customer Reference Number.
    Use these details to make your repayments online at bpoint.com.au or by calling 1300 276 468 (1300 BPOINT).
    Cash / Cheque at Australia Post Select this method to make repayments using cash or cheque in person through Postbillpay—payment service by Australia Post.
    When selected, Streamline will provide you with a Postbillpay Biller Code and a Postbillpay Customer Reference Number.
    Use these details to make your repayments in person at any Australia Post outlet.

    Please specify the date you intend to make your (first) repayment.

    If your selected repayment method is pay deduction, pay period start dates for the next two pay periods are listed for you to choose from.
    For other repayment methods, you can choose today or any of the next 13 days.
    If you are repaying by fortnightly instalments, the expected completion date is displayed based on your instalment amount and your payment start date. Please note that this is indicative only.
  4. Then click Review repayment. The repayment details you specified will be displayed. You can click Back to modify the details.
  5. Review your repayment details, read and accept the terms, and click Confirm details.
  6. The details of your repayment plan along with relevant repayment instructions are displayed for your reference.

    You can download your repayment plan as a PDF document by clicking Download pay advice.
    You can also access it later via Repayment requests tab on the Loans and overpayments page.

Loans and overpayments

Streamline provides you with information about your loans, overpayments and repayments all online in a single location.

Simply click Loans and overpayments on the Home page to navigate to your loans and overpayments information.

Summary

This section contains summarised information of your loans and overpayments.

Date your loans and overpayments information on Streamline was last updated. Some loans and overpayments may not appear on Streamline if the information is under review.
Total amount of your loans and overpayments, including those pending repayment, under repayment, and fully repaid or waived.
Total amount repaid or waived.
Total amount remaining to be repaid.

Pending repayment

This tab contains outstanding loans and overpayments with no repayment made.

Date the loan/overpayment started.
Personnel Assignment Number. If you are a concurrent employee, it is important to note the PAN as it indicates which position the loan/overpayment is associated with.
Type of your loan/overpayment:
Type Description
Salary/Wage Overpayment (Net) Overpaid salary/wage with tax/superannuation deductions.
Salary/Wage Overpayment (Gross) Overpaid salary/wage without tax/superannuation deductions.
Allowance Overpayment (Net) Overpaid allowance with tax/superannuation deductions.
Allowance Overpayment (Gross) Overpaid allowance without tax/superannuation deduction.
Interim Pmt Adj Interim cash payments made to staff who did not receive their pay as expected and subsequently identified as overpayments once the correct payment was made.
Pay Date Change Loan (Net) Transition loan provided to staff for the pay date change transition period of 17-23 October 2012.
Corporate Pay up to Date Transition loan provided to staff for the pay date change during the introduction of Lattice payroll system.

Information on Purchased leave or Payment in advance leave is not available on Streamline.

A sequence number, which in combination with PAN and Type, uniquely identifies each loan/overpayment record.
Whether an overpayment is scheduled for automated repayments.
Amount of each loan/overpayment.
Click to arrange to repay that loan/overpayment.

Under repayment

This tab contains your repayment agreements for loans and overpayments that are currently being repaid.

Name of the repayment agreement. This name also indicates if an overpayment is currently being repaid via automated repayments.
Date of the agreement.
Total amount of loans and overpayments under this agreement.
Total amount already repaid under this agreement.
Total amount remaining to be repaid under this agreement.
Click to increase the amount of your instalment repayment.
Click to view the details of your loans, overpayments and actual payments made under this agreement.

Finalised

This tab contains your loans and overpayments that have been either paid in full or waived by the Department of Health. No further repayments are required.

Repayment requests

This tab contains your requests and repayment plans for your loans and overpayments you have arranged to repay on Streamline or by contacting payroll.

When you made your request to repay.
When you intend to make your (first) repayment.
The expected completion date based on your instalment repayment amount and payment start date.
Repayment method you specified.
Repayment option you specified.
Repayment amount (instalment amount if you are repaying by fortnightly instalments).
'Accepted' indicates that this is a repayment plan as your request has been processed by payroll (where necessary), and you have been provided with relevant payment instructions.

'Pending' indicates that your request is not yet a repayment plan, and it is pending processing/action by payroll.
Whether your repayment plan is active or not.
Reference for your repayment request/plan.

Payments made

You can view the actual repayments made by clicking View payments next to each loan/overpayment being repaid or finalised.

Date this repayment was deducted from your fortnightly pay or the date your payment was made.
Pay period from which this payment was deducted from your fortnightly pay or pay period during which you made your repayment (if you are using a repayment method other than pay deduction).
How the payment was made.
Amount remaining to be repaid before this payment was made.
Amount of the actual repayment.
Amount remaining to be repaid following this payment.
Click to view the pay advice for the pay period from which your repayment was deducted. This button only appears for repayments made via pay deductions.

When a loan or an overpayment has been waived, the waived amount is listed as an actual payment on Streamline. Payment type description of the amounts should indicate a waiver. However, some are listed with a payment type of Finance receipt and may not indicate a waiver. Please contact your payroll office for clarification.

Depending on the repayment method, it may take between three business days and two weeks before the payment details appear on Streamline after the payment was made. Please note that it will take longer to process your payment if the payment is made using an incorrect Customer Reference Number for BPAY, BPOINT and Postbillpay payments.

View/update your details

Click My details on the top menu bar. Your details will be displayed.

Name and Person ID.
Date and time of your last successful log on, and number of failed log on attempts since your last successful log on.
Primary and secondary email (you can update your email addresses by clicking Edit). Refer to the table below for how primary and secondary email addresses differ.
Mobile, home and work phone numbers (you can update your phone numbers by clicking Edit).

Reset your password

  1. Click Forgot your password? on the Log on page.
  2. Enter your Person ID or your primary or secondary email registered with Streamline.
  3. Click Send SMS if you have your mobile phone with you and you have registered your current mobile number on Streamline or click Send email.
  4. If you choose the SMS option, you will receive an SMS containing a 6-digit verification code. Type in the code and click Activate.
    If you choose the email option, you will receive an email from Streamline containing instructions on how to proceed. Both the SMS and email option have an expiry period of 30 minutes.
  5. Enter the following details, and click Change password.
    Your date of birth in dd/mm/yyyy format.
    Answers you entered to your security questions at the time of registration.
    Your new password (which must be at least eight characters with at least one capital letter, one lower case letter, one number, and must not be your existing Streamline passwords).

    A message will be displayed confirming your password change. You can now log on to Streamline with your new password.

Submit a pay enquiry

  1. Click Enquiries on the top menu bar.
  2. Click New enquiry.
  3. Enter the details of your payroll enquiry as specified below and click Submit
    Select the PAN your enquiry relates to if you are a concurrent employee.
    Tick the check box if your enquiry relates to a particular pay, then select the relevant pay date.
    Tick the check box if your enquiry is a recurring issue.
    Provide the specific details of your enquiry.
    Select how you would like to be contacted regarding this enquiry.
    You then need to select the check box that agrees you will abide by the Code of Conduct.

    Once submitted, your enquiry will be forwarded to the relevant payroll team.

Manage and track your payroll enquiries

  1. Click Enquiries on the top menu bar. Your existing pay enquiries will be displayed. You can also filter your enquiries by status.
  2. Click View for more details on an enquiry. Details of your enquiry will be displayed.
    System-generated unique reference number for your enquiry.
    Date and time the enquiry was submitted.
    Personnel Assignment Number. If you are a concurrent employee, please note the PAN as it indicates the position this enquiry is associated with.
    Current status of the enquiry. Refer to Enquiry status.
    Pay date the enquiry relates to.
    Whether the enquiry relates to a recurring issue.
    Specific details of your enquiry.
    Name and contact details of the payroll team investigating your enquiry.
    Your preferred contact details for this enquiry.

To share a note with the payroll team handling your enquiry:

  1. Click New note on the My enquiry page. The payroll officer handling this enquiry will be informed that you have added additional information.

To provide a supporting document or file to the payroll team handling your enquiry:

  1. Click Upload attachment on the My enquiry page.
  2. Click Add file in the Upload attachment window.
  3. Browse and select the file you would like to upload.
  4. Enter the description of the file uploaded in the Comment box.
  5. Click Save. The payroll officer handling this enquiry will be informed that you have uploaded an attachment.

    The file size must not exceed 1MB (mega byte) and must be one of the following file types:
    • portable document format (.pdf)
    • document (.doc, .docx, .rtf, .txt)
    • spreadsheet (.xls, .xlsx)
    • image (.jpg, .jpeg, .gif, .png, .bmp, .tif, .tiff)
    • compressed file (.zip).

To delete an enquiry:

  1. Click Enquiries on the top menu bar.
  2. Find the enquiry that you would like to delete and click the Delete button in the first column.

    Please note that you can only delete an enquiry with a status of Pending Investigation. To delete an enquiry with a status of Claimed, please contact your local payroll hub.

Enquiry types and sub categories

Document request
Pay advice or payment summary You would like to request a pay advice or a payment summary not available on Streamline. Note that pay advices from March 2010 and payment summaries from 2011-12 onwards are on Streamline.
Separation certificate You would like to request a separation certificate.
Statement of service You would like to request a statement of service confirming your employment history at Queensland Health.
Other You would like to request other document types.
Enquiry
Allowance/deduction Your enquiry is about superannuation, salary sacrifice, taxation, increment or other matters related to allowance/deduction.
Leave Your enquiry is about your leave including leave balance requests.
New starter Your enquiry is about new employment at Queensland Health.
Personal details Your enquiry is about (changes to) personal details including bank account, address or other personal details.
Senior Health Employee Contracts Your enquiry is related to the historical remuneration profile sent to you in February 2014 in preparation for medical contracts.
Separation Your enquiry is related to separation from Queensland Health.
Time & attendance Your enquiry is about rosters (variation), attendance variation, allowance claim (AVAC) forms or other matters related to time and attendance.
General Your payroll enquiry is not related to any other categories in this table.
Underpayment
Underpayment You have an enquiry regarding an underpayment.
Overpayment
Overpayment You have an enquiry regarding an overpayment.

Enquiry status

Enquiry status Description
Pending Investigation Your enquiry has been lodged and it is awaiting an initial assessment.
Claimed Your enquiry has been assigned to a payroll officer for detailed investigation and resolution.
On Hold Your enquiry is on hold. The payroll officer investigating your enquiry may be waiting for further information or supporting documents from you or another person.
Resolved Your enquiry has been resolved with appropriate actions taken.
Withdrawn You have withdrawn your enquiry (through Streamline by clicking Delete or by notifying your payroll team) or the payroll officer investigating your enquiry has withdrawn the enquiry because a duplicate enquiry record was found.

Click Diversity data on the Home page to navigate to your diversity information.

Review your diversity information. If a change is required, select Edit and use the drop-down boxes to change a response. Once finished, click Save.
